Kristin grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland and has attended MCPS schools throughout her life. She graduated in 2012 from Ohio University with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education. She is currently in her 12th year of teaching. She has taught pre-K, kindergarten, and second grade. 

Rachel grew up in Buffalo, NY and is currently a reading specialist for grades K-3 in the DC area.  Rachel attended Buffalo State College and received a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood (Birth-2nd) and Childhood (Grades 1-6). She later received a Master of Arts in Leadership in Teaching: Literacy Specialist/ Coach from Notre Dame of Maryland. Rachel is in her 10th year of teaching. 

Chelsey grew up in Howard County and is now teaching in the Montgomery County area. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. She also has her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University. Chelsey is currently in her 10th year of teaching and has taught in special education, kindergarten, and second grade.
